1. You can purchase any of our products on our e-shop. Secure payment is guaranteed via credit card or Paypal.

You can email us at welcome@memorice.pt indicating the full name of the product, how many items you would like, your telephone number, the address and billing details for your invoice, should you want them. We will confirm your order by email, detailing the product costs as well as the shipping costs. To validate your order, we will ask you to proceed with the payment by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal.

How will I know that my order has been successfully placed?
When finishing the order, a message on your screen will indicate that your order has been sent correctly to MEMORICE. You will then receive an email confirmation of your purchase.

What can I do if I don’t receive the order confirmation email?
If you don’t receive our order confirmation email, please contact us at welcome@memorice.pt letting us know your name and contact details. We will check and let you know whether your order has been received.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
All changes and cancellations are possible without any additional cost until payment confirmation. If the payment has gone through, please contact us at welcome@memorice.pt . If your order hasn’t been shipped, we can still cancel or modify it; if it has, please refer to the Returns and Refunds section.

What are the different payment methods?
We have three different payment possibilities, depending on how you choose to make your order:
1. Credit card payment: we accept Visa and Mastercard but not American Express.
2. PayPal
3. Bank transfer (if you choose to make your order by email). Please contact us at welcome@memorice.pt if you have a problem placing your order or proceeding with the payment in our E-shop.

Is my payment secure?
All our payment methods are secure. After payment on our e-shop, your bank details will be completely encrypted and protected. These data are protected from unauthorised propagation on the internet.

DELIVERY
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in our e-shop based on your order and location. User information must be filled in to be able to view them. If your country does not appear in the list of destinations, contact us at welcome@memorice.pt.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (if they have no personalization).
Requests made after 16:00 GMT and the weekend will be processed the next day and from the following Monday, respectively.
We do not send to weekends or holidays. From there, it depends on the option of shipping chosen.
Deadlines Portugal 1 to 2 business days Europe 4 to 5 business days
This information is provided by carriers. There may be delays and so these numbers may not correspond to reality. At highlights like Black Friday, deliveries may be delayed.

What are the shipping costs?
Prices Portugal 10€ (free for purchases over 65€) Europe 20€ (free for purchases over 85€)

NATIONAL TERRITORY The order will be delivered to the indicated address. If no one is about to receive the carrier will come into contact and make a second attempt to deliver. If the order is not accused of survey within the indicated period it will be returned to our studio, the new shipping will only be made upon a new payment of shipping costs.
Islands and international territory inside and outside the EU In the case of shipping to the islands or to the European Union, the shipping is registered by the CTT. You can follow the commission route through the CTT website by entry into the link: https://www.ctt.pt/feapl_2/app/open/objectSearch/objectSearch.jspx?lang=01
In the case of shipping to countries outside the European Union, shipping is also registered initially by CTT (in Portugal) and after arriving at the country of destination by the country's official national post office. We just ensure the possibility of following CTT, while in Portugal. We are not aware of the operation of the other companies in other countries. Then the order situation will be presented. Please note that international orders for countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs taxes or import rates at the time they enter the destination country. We have no knowledge or responsibility for the value of these rates, as they differ from country to country. It should in this situation contact your country's authorities for more information. Registered mail is not a mail with insurance. If you want to make insurance you should be communicated through email and pay the extra value of this insurance, which will be indicated by us, after consulting the existing possibilities. Upon sending the article to MEMORICE is not responsible for the loss of the order.
